At Insperity, our mission is to help businesses succeed so communities prosper. But accomplishing the first does not mean leaving the second to chance. Instead, action is key, and through volunteerism and community leadership, Insperity encourages all employees to get involved and make a difference in the lives of others.
Areas of focus
Insperity’s commitment to corporate citizenship encompasses five specific areas of focus, including health and human services, education, military and veterans, animal service organizations and environment and conservation.
Health and human services
Insperity is dedicated to helping those who may not be able to help themselves. Our efforts support a number of humanitarian services nationwide, such as home improvement projects in lower-income neighborhoods, food drives for local food banks, meal deliveries for the elderly and more.
Education
Insperity supports various educational programs to aid teachers, contribute to building tomorrow’s workforce and serve as role models and mentors for students. Schools and higher-learning institutions benefit from corporate financial contributions, as well as the investments of both time and money by Insperity’s generous employees.
Military and veterans
Insperity is a proud supporter of our armed forces personnel who have served or are currently serving to protect the freedoms of our nation. Insperity employees show their appreciation by sending cards, notes and care packages to those currently serving overseas. Our employees also participate in various fundraising events throughout the year to benefit our veterans.
Animal welfare organizations
Insperity employees are involved in giving a voice to those who often go unheard. Our efforts support a wide range of animal service organizations, which include humane societies, rescue organizations, spay/neuter clinics and animal-assisted therapy centers.
Environment and conservation
Insperity believes that good corporate citizenship is impossible without positive initiatives to protect the environment. Every year our employees engage in multiple clean-up and restoration projects to enhance the neighborhoods we call home. As a company, we proudly invest in green initiatives for water and energy conservation, waste reduction and recycling.
