Insperity is all about helping communities succeed

Whether it is awareness initiatives, fundraisers or paid volunteer time, Insperity provides many campaigns and special programs so our clients and employees can get involved in their communities. We also have a dedicated volunteer council that represents Insperity’s volunteerism efforts around the country.

Paid volunteer time

Wherever employees choose to give back, Insperity is proud to provide its support. To encourage corporate employees in their volunteer efforts, Insperity offers all full-time employees 12 hours of paid volunteer time each quarter. Employees can participate in an Insperity-sponsored volunteer event or help out another organization of their choice.

Awareness campaigns

Every year, Insperity calls attention to three areas of awareness: heart health, cancer and autism. Each awareness campaign provides employees with educational resources, fundraising opportunities and ways to get involved.

Scholarship program

Each year, Insperity proudly sponsors merit scholarships for selected children of its full-time corporate employees and worksite employees through the National Merit Scholarship Corporation, which administers the program. The winners are awarded 1,000 per year for four years.

Volunteer council

The volunteer council was established in 2001 to fulfill Insperity’s vision of corporate citizenship at the local level. The volunteer council is comprised of employee volunteers from each district office and service center. At least one employee per office is responsible for organizing local volunteer events and distributing and/or managing local charitable funds.
