In early September, President Biden announced a new initiative that would require employers with 100 or more employees to provide proof of vaccination or to undergo weekly COVID-19 testing. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) recently released their much-anticipated Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) detailing the requirements of this initiative.
