Shazia began her HR career in 2002 in Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada where she was born and raised. She worked for the government as a civilian with the Winnipeg Police Service. She graduated from the University of Manitoba with a degree in human resource management and later moved to Ontario, Canada where she worked for the City of Brampton’s HR department. Her love for recruiting grew into her passion. After getting married, Shazia relocated from Canada to Houston, Texas and started her career at Insperity in 2010.
